Case Study

Yarrabilba Connect is a community based organisation located in Queensland, Australia. LIBER8 Consulting helped Yarrabilba Connect deploy a cloud hosted PBX to provide intelligent phone solutions to volunteers. 

Yarrabilba Connect chose LIBER8 to deliver this because it was important for them to have a platform that provided appropriate solutions for the unique use case. 

Given the nature of volunteering, it is difficult to know who will be available when to handle public facing enquiries. LIBER8 deployed the cloud PBX that corralled the inbound 1300 number calls and creates a ring-all-at-once hunt group to find an available volunteer regardless of their location. 

In addition, the cloud PBX functionality gave Yarrabilba Connect the ability to include announcements and FAQ type information via an interactive menu, allowing some callers to self-manage their enquiries and reduce the need for volunteer time to be spend on handling the matter.
