LIBER8 Consulting is a business name of Neumann Investment Group Pty Ltd, ABN 41 163 453 969 ("LIBER8", "we", "us"). This policy explains how we handle personal information when you use our website at liber8.consulting, contact us, or use our services and tools. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

• Contact details you give us, such as your name, email address, phone number and business name, when you send an enquiry or engage us.
• Information about your business systems that you share with us so we can deliver consulting and implementation work.
• Basic technical information from your visit to our website, such as browser type and pages viewed, collected by our website and hosting providers.

How we use it

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, deliver and support our services, send invoices, meet our legal obligations, and improve our website. We do not sell personal information.

Phone calls

Calls to our phone line may be answered by an AI phone assistant. Details you give during a call, such as your name, contact details and enquiry, may be recorded or transcribed so our team can respond. The assistant identifies itself as an AI assistant at the start of the call.

Google user data

Some of our internal tools connect to Google services (for example Google Drive) using Google's OAuth sign-in. These tools only access the files and data needed for the task they perform, such as storing encrypted backups in the account owner's own Google Drive. Data obtained through Google APIs is not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared with third parties except as needed to provide that function. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Sharing

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run our business (such as hosting, email, accounting and software platforms), when you ask us to, or when required by law. Some of these providers may store or process information outside Australia (for example, in the United States).

Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Access and correction

You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or make a privacy complaint, by emailing contact@liber8.consulting. We will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
